These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of pdayMail, an email marketing platform. By accessing or using pdayMail, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptable use

You agree to use pdayMail only for lawful email marketing and transactional messaging. Prohibited uses include spam, phishing, harassment, distribution of malware, or sending to lists without proper consent.

Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Subscriber consent

You represent that all recipients on your lists have opted in to receive communications from you in compliance with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CASL where relevant.

Service availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance and factors outside our control may cause temporary downtime.

Payment & billing

Paid plans are billed according to the pricing displayed at signup. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, pdayMail shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of pdayMail.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable local and international laws. Disputes shall be resolved in accordance with relevant laws, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
